Delegate: Reporting from General Service Conference/Committee (GSC): PIO and H&I Committees want to network with our Area to assist in getting these initiatives off the ground. Delegates will be visiting meetings in the Area to relay announcements from GSC. Hx on what happened with the previous Utah Area. Now it is time for us to engage in outreach and repair in order for CMA Utah to thrive and move forward.
Jr. Delegate: While at conference, worked with the literature committee, website layout and different ways to access literature. Upcoming literature: Daily Meditations, Sex in Sobriety, Mental Health, A Step at a Time, Prison and Legal Issues, DEI Pamphlet, Atheist and Agnostic Pamphlet. Revisions to service documents, grammatical adjustments. Financial reports for General Service and announced ways to donate directly:

LFK: Meetings going well. Financially doing well.
CSP: Attendance between 12-21. Some new and diverse people are attending. Financial report: $195.99 Will be throwing a holiday party and lots of interest in The Yard.
Y&M: Attendance is waxing and waning, could be related to holiday season, but still a good amount of new attendees.

Newcomer packet: Complete and printable
Phone Line: “Phone Party” weekly commitment to be available for at least 1 hour to take phone calls. Volunteers should have at least one year of clean time, have worked the steps or be actively working with a sponsor, access to the internet and access to a phone that no one else has access to. There is a document which helps field certain topics and offers resources while answering phone lines. Help line calls are double blinded.
Saturday @ The Yard: Coffee and Donuts at *** starting the first Saturday in December

Austin: Schedule for elections – Formality discussion re: By-Laws and Term Limits, Role Outlines. Motion to table formality discussion until next month.
Regional Trustee nominations in January 2026, discussion to happen in December 2025.

Financial donations to Area are for purchasing literature, events and chips. Donations to GSC are used for maintaining websites, funding activities, manufacturing chips and events.
There is a Newcomer packet that is being uploaded to the CMA Utah website available to print or view.
CMA has a telephone help line and needs volunteers to answer phone calls.
