Spaghetti Dinner – September 13th, 4PM to 10PM, Sugarhouse Park, Lakeside Pavillion, Austin has created outreach material.
Things that need to be done:
Menu – caesar salad (8-10 heads of romaine), garlic bread (4-6 long baguettes), meatballs (90-150), spaghetti (8-10lbs), sparkling waters
Costco Run for ingredients/perishables – Charlie and Jillian
Schedule: Dinner at 7PM, Meeting at 8PM (need speaker, Maxfield)

What needs to be reported back to the groups?
Young and the Methless time change to 7pm on Mondays in the Meditation room at USARA, it is the only meeting that uses the CMA Black Book. Pamphlet of the month “Service Structure”. Announce tea time every meeting please. Spaghetti Dinner for Founders’ Day in September!
Delegate packet is coming out soon. GSRs will be asking the meetings over the coming months about certain things the General Service Conference of CMA wants to hear about from the voice of the fellowship
