LFK: Meetings going well attendance between 11-13. Financially doing well $344.09, annual positions filled at last business meeting.
CSP: Attendance approx. 18. Financial report: $165.

Bylaws etc. to add formality to Area.
Jonathan proposes a Teams account ($72/yr) paid for by area, to replace the zoom meetings and shared documents etc. Motion passes unanimously.
New business
LFK has been visiting other 12-step groups as part of their fellowship to announce the existence of LFK. James suggested that GSRs from this Area coordinate similar meeting visits. Create a register for motions that are passed
Area Goals for 2026:
Focus on: Build community and fellowship in Utah,via H&I, Events, PI&O, etc.
Jonathan suggested that there is a more cooperative way to go about accomplishing various goals rather than simply adhering to your “job description”. Maintain a skeleton crew of appointed officers and GSRs in favor of having everyone be responsible for the goals of Area.
Utah Area Nominated Austin for Northwest CMA Trustee, motion passed unanimously.
