Utah Area CMA committee reports
President: Outreach survey sent to several people / meetings, 22 responses so far. Austin and he will be attending the pre-conference meetings. The GSE survey is in the process of being dispersed to the various meetings in the area.

Literature: Pamphlet of the month “Staying Sober” – Resources for those struggling with relapse, etc. Newcomer packet update: fine tuning, layout, etc.

LFK: Meetings going well. Financially doing well.
CSP: Meeting going well, increasingly diverse population in attendance. Good energy. Finances going well, will work on surveys and having a group conscience brought back to area.
Y&M: Planning an event for their one year anniversary. Format change with literature/ writing assignments and speakers. Financially doing well.

Newcomer packet: Motion to finalize in two weeks, motion passes.
Outreach survey: GSRs please convey that per the survey, folks feel a greater sense of community in other fellowships, what can we do to build more community in CMA?
Responses give great insight into what people are looking for in CMA GSE Survey: Please have GSRs take this to the groups as well
Motion for GSRs to bring QR Codes to direct people to the website and for the whatsapp community chat to foster community within CMA area. Passes unanimously.
New business
James: Big fellowship wide game night for October and a SINGO event for November 🙂 Motion to host Area game night event using Area funds: <$200, passes unanimously.

Ask members to complete the General Service Committee (GSC) survey: Answer questions that you want to answer and that you are able to answer, it’s OK to leave answers blank.
