President: Spoke to Laurence and Rhonda about participating. Laurence was able to attend.
Treasurer: $994.65 Balance – Shared Financial Spreadsheet with group, no new contributions this month.
Secretary: Nothing to report
H&I: 30 people at Brighton meeting last week. Meeting every other week (1st and 3rd) Tuesdays
PI&O: Not filled
Communications: Traffic on the website is steady. No events to add to the calendar.
Literature: Pamphlet of the month “What About Sponsorship” – Has info about Sponsorship. Can be printed and shared as requested.
Events: Jonathan would like to help with events.
Delegate: James G. attended forum, only two states OR and UT have organized area for CMA. CMA World Conference open for volunteers.
GSR reports
CSP: Going strong. $211 for their account. Will ask about sending $$ to area, good turn out for fellowship.
Y&TM: Attendance is improving.
LFK: Group Inventory last month, attendance is steady, fellowship has good engagement as well.
Monday Night CMA: Not in attendance
Old business
GSRs still need to ask groups if they want a central repo of chips.
New business
Jonathan – Would like to host an Area event at his house. Something chill for all CMA members, April 5th @ 1600, budget to be approx $200. Will have a meeting during the event.
Motion passes to hold this event.
Elections
PI&O + Events – positions still need to be filled.

Maxfeild – How cool would it be to do a Utah Roundup?
What needs to be taken back to the groups?
We are sending money to Area, do we want Area to order chips and groups then order from Area, OOOOR Area will reimburse groups for the shipping cost when getting chips from CMA website.
