Old business
Spoke about the need to continue to announce the existence of UACMA, that there are committee chair positions and committee positions available, and to announce CMA in other fellowship meetings if the opportunity arises.
Provided opportunity for Neil to select a committee to be part of
New business
Discussed creating a postcard for handing out for information on CMA, what it is, what CMA Utah is.
Neil asked when announcing area, what is the benefit that area is bringing to the fellowship in Utah? Neil thinks creating the postcard would be something tangible that we can point to in order to show that we’re more than just creating committees. Neil suggests that we make the priority for area.
Neil made a motion to create three priorities for the next month.
- Calendar functionality on the website.
- CMA schedule to hand out to meetings and treatment centers
