Treasurer: $1,314×37 reimbursed Jonathan for the barbecue.
Secretary: Charlie not present.
H&I: Lost Brighton Recovery, will be looking for more treatment centers to bring a meeting into.
PI&O: Didn’t do much for outreach this month. Asked if PI&O will be coordinating with H&I on bringing meetings into treatment centers. James added that Seth and he had a conversation on getting schedules to recovery spaces.
Communications: People are looking for online meetings on google and finding the area website from there. Requested event ideas.
Literature: Pamphlet of the month
Events: Jayce not present but gave James some things to communicate. No report for events, Jayce has been toying with some ideas but nothing set in stone.
Delegate: Attended workshop on how to present 2024 GSC report.

GSR reports
LFK: Going well, but home group member attendance has taken a hit. Requested that members of area announce LFK in their meetings if they can.
CSP: Meeting going well, 15-20 people per meeting. Lots of new people coming up. Continuing to diversify, getting more non-gay men. Treasury going well.
Y&M: Meeting doing good. Treasury is $290, no financial problems. Doing more fellowship stuff. Attendance always an area of focus, trying to get new people to show up.

Old business
Who was on the events committee? Let’s get that ball rolling.
Seth gave an update on creating a meeting on the south end of the valley. Still haven’t found a location yet.

New business
Meetings with GSRs here should have meeting schedule to provide to newcomers. Kind of like the newcomer packet Maxfield suggested. Passed unanimously.
We have a lot of money, which means people are trying to support this thing. We need more ways to spend it. Edward suggested buying black books for meetings with GSRs
Maxfield. Motion to buy 25 books to distribute to meetings. Passed with majority vote.

Will need to do new meeting visits. Tabled for later (can be coordinated via the group chat)

Elections (as needed)
